We had some delay upon arrival with our baggage and they were very patient. We had the ruins tour which was amazing and we changed hotels during our stay. Each time we were notified of arrival time the night before and the day of we were given the driver's name and the vehicle number. Inside the vans were clean and cool with AC and water and Gatorade.
