We had a great experience with Jeremy Tours during our trip, using a private driver for our multi-stop journey from Playa del Carmen through to Tulum.

Our driver, NEHEMIAS, was excellent - professional, friendly and very attentive throughout the day. He made sure he was always nearby and easy to reach, which gave us great peace of mind while travelling between different stops.

He also shared some really useful local knowledge, particularly when it came to recommending good places to eat and helping us find food spots along the way. This made the trip feel much easier and more relaxed, especially travelling as a larger group.

Overall, a reliable and convenient private driving service with a driver who genuinely went the extra mile. Would definitely recommend Jeremy Tours and Nehemias for anyone looking for private transport around the Playa del Carmen and Tulum area.

We booked a private tour for our small group with Jeremy Tours and had a great experience. They were able to accommodate us on short notice, which we really appreciated. Rodrigo was our driver and he was fantastic—we gave him a list of cenotes we wanted to visit and he suggested a few even better spots. Booking and communication were very easy, and he also gave us great lunch recommendations. Highly recommend and would definitely use them again!

The communication was great even with the time difference, showed up on time. The best priced for transportation after calling looking around, I would re-book if I fly into Tulum again!

Jeremy's Tours and Transfers was fantastic. We had a group of 6 go to Tulum and we set up about 5 round trips with this company. We received a text every morning as a reminder of that days trips and we were told who our driver would be and given their contact information. They were very responsive and very flexible with us and we would sometimes change drop off/pick up times. I left a pair of shoes in one of the vans and they even got my shoes to the other driver who was picking us up that night which I greatly appreciated. I would definitely recommend them and will use them when I return.
