 Verified  Tulum airport transfer We had a round-trip transfer to from Tulum airport to Vidanta resort. We were greeted by the driver who had arrived early and it was easy to find him.  Verified  Best tour company in Tulum! We went out on a Cenote tour with Rodrigo and it was brilliant! We spent the whole day and over Rodrigo was clear that we were looking for quieter Cenotes, not so much underground, he literally tailor made the experience on the spot. We were able to stop for a coffee and a sandwich and he even took us to run into a supermarket to grab a couple of things. He was super fun and friendly, kind and very polite. We liked the company so much, we’re using it again this morning to take us to Playa del Carmen to get the ferry over to Cozumel. Fully recommend.

 Verified  Great tulum trip We were on a all girls trip and booked a 6hr round trip tour of tulum customised to the places we wanted to see. Rodrigo was a great driver.he took care of us so well. It was easy to speak with him . he was always just a phone call away and looking out for us. We were at ease throughout the trip and enjoyed our girls trip because we felt safe being in good hands. They waited on us patiently and were incredibly polite. It was also important to note that they returned after we had completed the roundtrip payment first, which was important lol.  Verified  AMAZING. 10/10 would book with them again Had the best experience with Jeremy tours. We had a group of 17 people with lots of reservations and activities planned and they made sure everything ran smoothly. We were able to adjust pick up times and ask questions through the whole trip. The drivers were on time, fun to be around, and the communication was great! 10/10!!!

Fantastic experience. I am a solo female traveler and Jeremy Tours was safe, reliable and professional. I got 5hrs of private taxi service and went to explore several cenotes. My driver, Gustavo, even took me to a store to buy soda! I had a great time. I can easily recommend this service (taxi, transport, tour) to anybody who wants to enjoy Tulum in comfort and safety. I had a great experience with Jeremy tours. We had some delay upon arrival with our baggage and they were very patient. We had the ruins tour which was amazing and we changed hotels during our stay. Each time we were notified of arrival time the night before and the day of we were given the driver's name and the vehicle number. Inside the vans were clean and cool with AC and water and Gatorade. Everyone was super friendly and we will use them again on our next visit to Tulum.
